Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Fitter at Kingsgrove, Sydney, who lives, breathes, and drives continuous improvement, right first time, reducing the running costs and has a passion for all things coffee. You are a skilled fitter by trade with a high level of mechanical aptitude and a keen interest in the coffee roasting process since you will be trained up to also perform Roasting duties. This role ensures safety, quality, environmental and standard operating procedures are followed at all times. To be the best Fitter, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Fully qualified Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Technician
  • Experience with repairs, equipment failures and fault finding
  • Understanding of GMP
  • Strong focus on the customer and other people, their concerns and requirements and a proactive attitude to assisting them
  • Moderate level PC literacy skills –including MS Excel
  • Forklift licence and confined space ticket preferred – if not, we will provide the training!

  • Your normal working hours will be from 6:00AM until 2:30PM during the week, so you can enjoy your afternoons and weekends off (occasional weekend and overtime required, compensated with overtime loading)
